I am participating in a training course called 23 things on a stick, which is being done by  the seven multitype multicounty library systems as part of the staff development the multitypes offer in their regions.  This is the first step of the program, creating a blog and adding a post.  I don't have avatars setup through my drupal install so I'm going to skip that step.  I hope I can still get the prize though.
